Samskaras
Samskaras are our ingrained habits and thought patterns that unconsciously shape our behavior. While formed by intentions, they can be changed through willpower and practices like yoga’s Tapas (self-improvement) and Svadhyaya (self-study). By recognizing and replacing negative patterns with positive ones through mindfulness, conscious thought changes, and other techniques, we can achieve greater inner contentment.
